4. You will receive an email with information about the course - the venue, what you need to bring to the first session, and how to pay your course fee.

GROUP MEDITATION COURSE

This course is four sessions of 60-90mins each and is taught over four days. 

You will receive your mantra on the first day and will be meditating on your own by the end of the session. The following three days are spent refining the technique, deeply understanding the practice and learning how to make meditation a life-long habit.

Ongoing support and follow up

Once the course is finished, you can attend a free weekly group meditation either with Jo or with any Vedic meditation teacher in the world.

You are also welcome to resit any part of the course with Jo at any time to refresh your practice.

PRIVATE COURSE  

This course is for those who wish to learn privately, at a time that suits them. Jo will come to your home or your office when it fits into your schedule.
The course is four sessions however the sessions times can be flexible.
The fee is based on your location and schedule requirements.

Ongoing support and follow up

Once the course is finished, you can attend a free weekly group meditation either with Jo Jarvis or with any Vedic meditation teacher.

You are also welcome to resit any part of the course at any time to refresh your practice.

ADVANCED COURSES + CONSULTATIONS  

Jo teaches advanced techniques which help develop and deepen your meditation practice.

These sessions are ninety minutes each and can be conducted individually or in groups. Contact Jo if you would like to find out more.

  1. A breathing technique known as Pranyama.
  2. A series of yoga positions known as Rounding
  3. A series of yoga positions known as Suryanamaska

 

Private Consultations

Jo is available for private consultations if you’ve sat one of her courses.

Some of her areas of expertise are meditation and its application to - career management, drug/alcohol/food compulsions, ADHD, anxiety and depression.
